Project Scope

The purpose is to develop a small MS-Access 2000 database that will be used to capture information about business units and their primary and secondary address and also export the information to the excel sheet.

Microsoft Access (2000).

Project Description:

This system contains interface screens such as Buildings, Business units,a form and sub-form to associate Business units to one or many Building (Primary location) that also enable to link a Primary location to a Secondary location. Also it generates two reports for needs requirements and desks requirements. It also have the provision to export to excel that will export the Needs and desks data for each Primary site with Building and Business unit information in a format that could be used in a Dynamic table.
